Photograph by Fabrice Minier

A techno/electro DJ first, then a graduate of the Arts Filmiques in Nantes, Fabrice Minier composes images the way you build a set.

An editor for some fifteen years, he cut documentaries, music videos, fiction and commercials — notably with EuropaCorp alongside Luc Besson, and for Quad, H5, Publicis Luxe, Saint Louis, Downtown Paris, Saint George and Endemol France. He edited the Mugler show with Bella Hadid, Yves Saint Laurent campaigns with Dua Lipa, Zoë Kravitz and Lous and the Yakuza, Lancôme with Vanessa Kirby, Jimmy Choo with Hannah Ferguson, and Laura Smet's first films.

He moved to directing for the freedom and immediacy he was missing: the Dolce & Gabbana film for K fragrance with Hatik, a Samsung campaign with Elite Model Management and Pauline Hoarau, and, in Hong Kong, a Donnabel campaign with Jumbo Tsang, Janet Chow and Ester Kwan. His eye is shaped by American cinema, entertainment and the polished aesthetics of manga.
