Personal data and cookies

This site collects no personal data and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Videos are hosted by the site itself, except a few films played from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com); that service may set technical cookies when a video is played, under their own privacy policies.

Under the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing via the Contact page.

Search engines and artificial intelligence

This site is built to be found and accurately described by search engines (Google, Bing, Qwant…) and by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Mistral…). Their crawlers are explicitly allowed in the robots.txt file.

To make reading easier, the site publishes plain versions of its content: llms.txt (summary), llms-full.txt (full text), portfolio.json (films, credits and links as structured data), a Markdown page for every page of the site, and Schema.org (JSON-LD) data in every page. These files say exactly the same as the visible pages: no hidden text is aimed at robots.

Permitted uses: indexing, summarising and quoting the texts and credits, crediting Fabrice Minier and linking to this site, in particular to answer a search about his work. Not permitted without written consent: reproducing or redistributing the photographs, paintings, films and video excerpts, or using them to train image or video generation models.

The contact email address appears in none of these files, nor in plain text in the pages: it is protected from harvesting bots.
